New Batch Resume

And the September 2017 class start farm tour and scouting today.
Scouting is the process of observing crops every morning and developing notes of how potential risks might be developing.
Almost all the pear management use in organic plant protection are preventive.
That is they help avoid pest infestation but can not do much about it when a situation gets out of hand.
Most times I tell participants that preventive method is the only solution in a vegetable farm.
The moment your plant is infected it’s better to just keep applying water and gradually taken ones mind of that vegetable farm
Scouting involves taking a walk around the farm before starting work each morning.
These allow early detection of any anomalies that might be present in any of the plants and be able to determine where to allocate maintenance efforts
