Soft Work Versus Hard Work

Soft work !!!
I really don’t know how they coin that cause I googled and had nothing related to what its supposed to mean.

Possibly Google need to upgrade itself

I have been hearing my people discussed soft work for some week now on the farm and I was forced to join in the conversation

Every aspect of farming is believe to be hard-work hence the need to convert it to soft work in their own terms

“You need to understand the hard-work in order to create a suitable soft work solution”

Yes. Technology is simplifying every simple step of agriculture. Moving from one crude method to the advanced system is systematic especially in Africa with no efficient management system to back it up

During the greenhouse reign, every one with enough fund rush to buy the set up.

“With green house, agriculture is simplified was everyone’s thought”

I knew someone that was looking for loan to get acquired some green house with the mind that it will turn him to automatic millionaire

Years after, several greenhouse owners are selling it off.

* What possibly could have happened?

* Is greenhouse not lucrative again?

* Why are they not producing?

* What’s the market like?

The failure may be attributed to not understanding the basics before acquiring the “soft work” pattern.

I have seen many farmers bought Equipments that ends up as a waste because they have one challenge or the other.

For a Nigerian or African farmer, adopting the soft work system has to be considered with what is obtainable in our clime.

One has to gradually blend it in with the system.

Wouldn’t mind all the advantage of soft work to make farming exciting with time.

It only require proper orientation
