Customer care with the Network providers

Since I couldn’t recharge my phone through the bank. I bought a #Glo card to recharge.

Two of the pin number got deleted.
I called GLO customer care for assistance

I was put on hold for 52 minutes
Still no one attend to me

What could be more frustrating
Especially when you need to make some urgent call

I sent out for #Etisalat (#9mobile) recharge card
I load N2,000 card

I checked my balance to find N500

I called the #9mobile customer care
Someone picked my call in less than 5minutes

She explained that I was automatically recharged for data

I told her to please take me off that automatic whatever

She did that immediately

All the while she was apologising for the inconvenience

I was pleased
A satisfied customer

And then in the real sense

* GLO data seem to be the worst I have ever come across in my side for someone that is usually on the internet

* Do I need to keep patronising Nigerian own business despite that they are not providing the best services?

* I really see no reason not to do away with the GLO line.

When there are other network to the rescue
